Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients, showcasing the benefits of HH8 Security’s offerings.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales consultations, solution design, and post-sales follow-up.
- Work with the product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence future product development.
- Prepare proposals and provide guidance on solution pricing, customization, and integration based on client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging cybersecurity threats, and competitive solutions to offer relevant insights to clients.
- Conduct training sessions for sales and client teams on the technical aspects of our products.
- Support and troubleshoot client integrations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
