Certification Policy

At HH8 Security, we are committed to providing high-quality training and certification programs that help individuals and organizations enhance their cybersecurity skills and knowledge. Our certification policy outlines the requirements, procedures, and terms related to obtaining and maintaining certifications through HH8 Security.

1. Eligibility for Certification

  • To be eligible for an HH8 Security certification, participants must successfully complete the required training program and pass the associated examination.
  • Some certifications may have prerequisites, such as prior experience or other certifications, which will be clearly stated in the course description.

2. Certification Process

  • Enrollment: Participants must enroll in the relevant training course and complete all required coursework and practical exercises.
  • Examination: A certification exam will be administered at the end of the course. The exam may include multiple-choice questions, practical tasks, and/or case studies.
  • Passing Score: A minimum passing score will be specified for each exam. Participants who achieve this score will be awarded the certification.

3. Recertification and Renewal

  • Certifications issued by HH8 Security are valid for a specified period, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the certification.
  • To maintain certification status, participants must complete recertification requirements before the expiration date, which may include passing a renewal exam or completing continuing education credits.
  • Recertification Notification: Participants will be notified in advance of their certification expiration date with instructions on how to recertify.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professional and ethical behavior during training, examinations, and certification maintenance.
  • Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonest behavior may result in disqualification from the certification process and revocation of any certifications awarded.

5. Certification Verification

  • HH8 Security provides a certification verification service to confirm the status of any issued certification.
  • Employers, clients, or third parties can request verification by contacting us with the certification holder’s consent.

  • Certification holders will be notified of the revocation and provided with the reasons and an opportunity to appeal the decision.

7. Appeals Process

  • Participants who wish to appeal a certification decision (e.g., failure of an exam, revocation) must submit a formal appeal in writing within 30 days of the decision.
  • The appeal will be reviewed by an independent committee, and a final decision will be communicated within 60 days.

8. Changes to the Certification Policy
