Job Responsibility
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot issues related to cybersecurity solutions and software.
- Address customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using the support ticketing system.
- Educate customers on best practices for using HH8 Security's products and services.
- Monitor and proactively address common technical challenges and suggest solutions for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for internal and customer use.

Experience Requirement
